Leadership Project Document (LPD)
This document is shared with all potential candidates and contains information about the Client, the position description and search criteria for candidates. It is the ‘sell’ document for a search project.
Leadership Project Update (LPU)

We take the guesswork out of our process by ensuring that the Client is kept informed throughout. The LPU is a status update with information on companies that are targeted and approached, as well as a short summary of individuals who are being screened, with bullet-point summary of why they would be considered or rejected. Also includes an updated summary of the long-list of candidates who have been presented to-date. The LPU is submitted to the Client routinely.

Leader Development Comment Sheet (LDCS)

An LDCS is written on each candidate within the long-list that is presented to the Client. This is shared together with the resume. Information in the LDCS includes a description of present title & business responsibility (business size, territory and reporting lines), as well as highlights of career accomplishments in previous organizations. Also provides preliminary compensation information. This report is submitted prior to face-to-face interviews with the candidates. These candidates may or may not make the ‘short list’.

Leader Assessment Report (LAR)

Available upon request, the LAR is a detailed report on each candidate who makes the short-list subsequent to face-to-face interviews.

Detailed Compensation Information Form

Comprehensive compensation information is provided on the finalist candidates. This includes all information on existing compensation – from base salary, to last bonus received plus all other relevant details such as housing, tax benefits, stock options, pension plans, vacation leave, etc…This is filled and signed by the candidates who are ‘finalists’ in the process.

Reference Report

Reports based on professional & personal reference checks (including education verification) that are conducted with the prior knowledge of the finalist candidates.

Offer Process

Complete 'hand-holding' to get the finalist candidate across via the offer letter and any other negotiations. We also maintain constant and regular contact throughout the period of notice before the finalist candidate is officially on board with the Client.
